OFTEC Awards for Excellence 2012

The annual OFTEC Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony for 2012 will be held on Thursday, 18th October 2012 at the Manchester Central Convention Complex. The Awards Ceremony will follow the Oil & Renewable Energy Show.

This special evening will include a sumptuous Gala Dinner, and an exceptional guest speaker – one of the UK’s best-known comedians. The occasion will then be rounded off with dancing.

“The OFTEC Awards are an opportunity to celebrate the excellence and professionalism in the oil fired heating sector,” says OFTEC Director General, Jeremy Hawksley. “We believe that the outstanding work of OFTEC technicians and Members deserves to be recognised.

“The prestigious black-tie event includes presentation of eight awards to manufacturing companies, to technicians and to training centres. A nationally known comedian will entertain us, and there will be dancing into the early hours.”
