Building on the success of the inaugural event in Coventry at the end of 2010, The Oil & Renewable Energy Show is back!
The exhibition – featuring the widest and most comprehensive mix of both oil fired heating equipment and renewable energy solutions – will be held at the award-winning Manchester Central conference and exhibition complex on October 17th and 18th, 2012.
Featuring some of the biggest and best-respected names in the industry, the show promises be the largest and most significant event of its type for oil, gas and renewables installers, specifiers and technicians.
However, such will be the breadth of the show that it should undoubtedly be of considerable interest to consumers who are eager to increase their knowledge, perhaps for their own installations and self-build projects, or to learn more about the benefits of renewable alternatives for domestic environments.
The event is being organised by Ashley & Dumville – publishers of a portfolio of magazine titles relevant to the industry, including Oil Installer, on behalf of OFTEC, Fuel Oil News, and Renewable Energy Installer.
A&D’s Jonathan Hibbert says: “October’s Oil & Renewable Energy Show, and its complementary seminar programme, will be an essential event for everyone in the industry involved in the planning, specification, purchase and installation and maintenance of both oil fired heating equipment and the very latest in renewable energy alternatives.
“Some of the best-known companies in the oil and renewable energy sectors have already committed to exhibiting their very latest technologies, and the show promises to give the installer and technician an outstanding opportunity to keep up to date with the latest developments in a rapidly-evolving industry. We feel that the show’s new home – Manchester Central – will be welcomed by visitors as one of the UK’s most strategically located and best equipped exhibition and seminar complexes.”
After last year’s event, Martyn Bridges, director of marketing and technical support at Worcester, Bosch, said: “Worcester was delighted to be one of the principal sponsors of the show in its inaugural year. We were pleased to see both existing customers and new ones – and to receive a surprising number of enquiries. We feel the show emphasised the importance of the off mains gas market.”
